League of legends handles ping preeeeetty well, the only thing that will be really affected is gaining vision of something. Anything you dont have vision of is not sent to your client, so when you walk in a bush at over 100 ping there is sometimes a noticeable delay before it actually appears.

Before I was constantly getting 100+. VSync is off, frame limit is uncapped in both game. Using latest NVidia drivers, VSync disabled in the control panel as well.

In windowed mode , my fps is like 150 .Only in full screen mode is capped at 60 . you probably cant get over 60 by looking at your settings. Update your drivers. newest nvidia drivers , before windows update my fps was like around 150 :) Try setting your graphic settings out of game, in your gpu software, to default.
Hello i noticed something realy strange with league of legends. First of all here is my config: 8Go ram, geforce 650M and 3,2Ghz i7Q3610. When i start a game normaly by the launcher i am around 40fps But if i leave the game and then start the game by "C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.0.232\deploy\League of Legends.exe" i am always at 60fps with it.
